IT’S A GRAND OLD HOUSE

The Hampton’s truly live in a Grand Old House. The house was completed in 1905 and lived in by Judge Harvey Lewis Davis. The Davis family occupied the home for three generations, ninety one years to be exact. The house has the distinction to be on The National Registry of Historic Places. From 1995-2000 the house underwent major renovations by the Seeger family. Presently the Hampton’s home has the original floor plan and walls all in place with the exception of the back room and garage. Jill has decorated the house with lovely antiques that truly take you back in time. Many types of gardens grace their landscape, including a vegetable and formal garden in the back of their property.  Then there’s the shade garden on the side of the house and don’t miss the stunning pool area surrounded by gardens and a newly placed pergola. You will just want to “sit a spell” on large front porch or relax by the pool and reminisce on days gone by.
